Donate
NETRO is a volunteer-powered non-profit organization. Every donation that we receive goes directly back to helping the animals we save. We can not save as many animals as we do without your support and donations. We accept all kinds of donations including supplies for the animals.
Fundraise
All that we do requires monetary resources, causing a need for various fundraising efforts. You can be a part by giving during these events or perhaps you can join us doing one of the necessary tasks to make it a successful endeavor. You can also hold your own personal fundraising effort. For ideas or help getting started please contact us!
Foster
Fosters are a key part of our rescue. They provide a temporary home for dogs and cats while we find them their forever home. We need all types of fosters, short term and long term, to be able to save lives. Since we have no physical facility of our own, our rescue relies heavily on fosters to be able to save lives.
Educate
Share what you've learned! Tell folks about Northeast Texas Rescue Organization and invite them to join us. Spread the word about the importance of spaying and neutering. Help us advertise our fundraisers and adoption events. If you know anyone who has questions about our organization please contact us!
Transport
It doesn't matter where an adopter is located. Through a network of volunteers many of our animals are transported to their forever homes across the state and across the country. Sometimes we even just need somebody to drive an animal to a local location for appointments.
Events
We host many adoption events throughout the year at various locations. Volunteers are needed to help set up, answer questions, or simply be there to help care for the animals attending. Watering and walking dogs during an event is an important task that is often repaid in wet kisses. We may also have secondary supporting events that require volunteers as well.
Sponsor
Sometimes the best way you can save an animal is to sponsor them. That means paying for the adoption fee, footing the bill for their medical needs, or donating towards their transportation to get to a new home. You can choose to sponsor an animal entirely, or even just a partial sponsorship may be the difference between life and death.
